Refunds
Fees paid by the client are considered Consultancy Fees. Generally, no refunds are entertained under any circumstances; in other words, Consultancy Fees paid by the client are non-refundable. Clients should understand that a significant amount is spent by our company on advertising on Google and other platforms, in addition to normal business fixed and recurring costs. Our company incurs advertisement costs based on clicks by customers, which occur even if the client has not submitted their documents and details. Therefore, to recover such costs, consultancy fees paid by the client are non-refundable. If a client requests cancellation/refund of fees after 24 hours of making payment, no refund claims will be entertained. Decisions regarding refunds made by our company shall be final and binding upon the client.
Turnaround Time (TAT)
The timeframe mentioned on the website is indicative; the actual duration for service delivery depends on various external factors beyond the control of our company, its owners, officers, directors, and employees. Therefore, any delays arising shall not be attributed to our company. No refund claims shall be entertained based on delays in service delivery.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall our company, its owners, officers, directors, and employees be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this site, whether such liability is under contract. Our company shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this site. Under any circumstances, the liability of the owners, officers, directors, and employees will not exceed the amount of consultancy fees collected from the client.
Indemnification
You hereby indemnify our company to the fullest extent from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any provisions of these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Variation of Terms
Our company is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this site, you are expected to review these Terms regularly.
Assignment
Our company is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
Standard Procedure
For Udyog Aadhaar/MSME/SSI Registration, we follow a fixed procedure:
- Upon receiving your order, we will call you during the next available business hours.
- Our representatives will process your certificate and send an OTP to your registered mobile number linked with your Aadhaar Card (UIDAI). You must share the OTP received to proceed.
- If you deny sharing the OTP, we will not be able to process the certificate, and no refunds will be entertained.
- If your mobile number is not linked with the Aadhaar Card, you must provide a scanned copy of your PAN Card, and the certificate will be delivered after 48 – 60 working hours of providing the PAN Card.
- If the call is not received, we will attempt again within 2 days to complete the procedure and will also send an email with details and further actions to be taken.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between our company and you regarding your use of this site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Jharkhand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand for the resolution of any disputes. Any dispute that may arise will be under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Jamshedpur in Jharkhand State, India.
