1. Refund of Payment Received

If services cannot be delivered due to client-side issues (e.g., failure to provide OTP, additional details, or documents), no refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation of Application

Once applied, registration cannot be canceled. No refund will be provided once the application is completed and the MSME Registration number is issued.

3. Issuance of MSME-SSI Certificate

The MSME Registration Number applied online will be delivered within 72 hours to the email provided in the application form.

4. Clarification About Application

5. Force Majeure

www.msmecertificates.com shall not be liable for any breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or default under any terms of service due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to technical issues, natural disasters, acts of God, or public enemy actions.
